Ingredients: Pasta 71.4% (durum wheat semolina, water), whey, potato starch, grated cheese (milk, salt, rennet) 4.5%, onion, salt, mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative family) 1.6%, yeast extract, garlic, natural flavourings (contain gluten), parsley. May contain eggs, soybeans, nuts, mustard.

Pasta Nostra is pressed through a bronze mould, called a die, then air-dried slowly to create our characteristic fusilli pasta texture that soaks up every last drop of sauce from each one of our recipes.

And we never us a smooth die, which extrudes a smooth and shiny pasta, which will never stick to the sauce. This would be a cheaper option, but we choose not to do it.

We use 100% premium Italian semolina for our pasta.
